Agreement *

I, the exhibitor, agree to indemnify and hold the sponsor harmless from all costs, losses, damages, or expenses of litigation and attorney’s fees resulting from any loss, injury/illness or damage real or asserted, to any person or property arising out of any act of omission of exhibitor or his employees or other representatives. If requested, I, the exhibitor, will furnish sponsor with evidence that exhibitor has insurance in force with a reputable insurer, including coverage (with limits approved by sponsor) against contractually assumed liability. The Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce, its officers, agents or members, the World’s Championship Duck Calling Contest and Wings Over the Prairie Festival, and the City of Stuttgart shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to theft, fire accident or other causes. I, the exhibitor, also agree I have read and will abide by all rules associated with the Wings Over the Prairie Festival or face possible expulsion from the Festival and all of its events with no refund of fees.
